At Facet Room, we want you to love your piece completely. If for any reason you’re not in love, eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligible Items
Our 7-day return policy applies to:
- Loose diamonds and gemstones
- Semi-custom rings created through our Ring Builder
- All pieces from the Facet Room Collection
Custom-made designs, engraved items, or pieces that have been resized or altered are not eligible for return.
Money-Back Guarantee
Our 100% money-back guarantee applies to all non-custom pieces returned in their original condition and packaging, including any accompanying GIA or IGI certificates. Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
