We proudly offer price matching on loose diamonds and gemstones when matched by certificate number. We also provide price matching on identical ring designs created through our Ring Builder.

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available but will come with a shipping fee that is applied at checkout.
Loose diamonds and gemstones are usuaully delivered within 7-14 days from order date. Ocassionally, stones that are being sent internationally can take longer. Once your order is confirmed with the diamond vendor, you will recieve an email with delivery details.
All of our jewelery pieces at this time are made-to-order and take approximately 3-4 weeks for production. Please allow 4-6 weeks from purchase date or date of CAD approval to receive your item.
You have 7 days to return any loose diamond, gemstone, semi-custom ring from our Ring Builder, or piece from the Facet Room Collection.
Every eligible item is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee as it’s returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We provide two free returns within any 90-day period. Additional returns within the same period will incur a $40 restocking fee.
